So I’m suppose to believe stories about miraculous miracles where we’re talking about the parting of the dead sea, resurrection of the dead, walking on water, healing of diseases and affirmatives, or the ascending and descending in the clouds with millions of angels part of the equation along the way where they play a part in the sequencing, conditioning and even handling of our predestined paths?
How are you guilty if predestination is real, in that before the foundation of the world we were created for certain tendencies to ultimately take the embrace of virtue to the degree of belief in this eternity given the evidences we assume play conditioning towards good and evil in people, or if we take on the embrace of worldly living and offense to anyone thinking beyond right here and right now within retirement and death which would be considered ‘perishing’ ?
Seems a bit absurd to reach out too much on the topic and go away from being regular compared to the masses outlook, or to ‘deny ourselves, to live for Christ’ where we would give up uniquely advantageous outlooks and decisions comparatively speaking for the sake of reward by a speculative being? Why go the extra mile if I’m being hacked regularly or people regularly hack each other – that’s a bit naive to trust in a supreme being that first off lets us get exposed to violent deaths every day. I don’t want my flesh to get torn into in a car accident, how could you allow that and then blame me for not embracing you?
One thing is for sure, talking about sin isn’t the most popular topic these days, but it can’t be thrown out of the equation for the sake of legitimacy of the bible, people going through proper reflection to keep their free decision making and to know and be reminded we are imperfect flawed beings that need grace ourselves, from others and to give to others. Plus if an alpha God created us, he wants His recognition and if he has the eternal power of soul continuance then we can recognize we’re only on lap one of lots of roads ahead.
Basically if it bugs you that other people can take too much, not learn proper interaction to the degree of being fair, or others are to malicious, then you realize things occur for our learning and the decision when factored into mandatory responses (feed kids, myself, live in shelter, get along with people for requirement of it bare minimum you don’t want to fuel the fire with whacko’s out to get you, etc) then there is a yearning for a God who aligns with many of your thoughts on extending grace to each other and recognizing people’s ability all the way out to God’s ability which can change forms, create terrain, and know micro data and have access to all knowledge and understanding within the creation.
A couple aspects on ‘the law of sin’ off memory from verses in Romans and John: ‘If it were not for the law, you would not be guilty of sin. If I had not told them of their sin, they would not be guilty.’ We need laws or our decisions wouldn’t be as real, and the volatility would create havoc where the terms of existence would become too much survival. Our nature, while it’s reinforced over and over on treating our bodies holy, not maligning against people or kicking someone when their down, the penalties of sin keep us in check to a better living scenario. With the rules so strict and wide, it allows even ‘spotters of prudence’ to reap eternal benefit to the degree of ‘affluent go getters’ where stumbling to sin is factored and proactive love exposure is too. It’s the fairest scenario we can fathom, and ‘leaning not on our own understanding, but trusting the knowledge of God through the bible,’ even means we can assume the people in Hell are already in their state of existence and the torment will be equated to satisfaction – even if that means there just stuck in bad states of memory or have to face owies like we do today.
Yes purgatory is a concept we can put faith into as well, someone may not be perishing but may have too much to give up or be too haughty or ill focused (not embracing greater virtuous conversations) but still end up being true enough comparatively speaking with the masses people (based on total strategy) which God embraces strategy and proper reasoning – it’s okay to think like this. The bible wouldn’t not have used perish and eternal condemnation if it only wanted to say hells sentence; though it reinforced we have to assume eternal condemnation as the major risk. Yes for Judas, it would have been better never to have been born (the one who betrayed Jesus) but maybe he’ll get 5 minutes to 3 hours of worth it time verse ill meditation. God created our logic, it’s reasonable enough to trust the total factors that ‘would have to be true.’
Society has matured in many areas as understanding has increased in these days, as people feel they are well aware of right and wrong and can be held accountable to their actions without needing someone to push the do's or do not's in their face – especially factoring old tendencies in history where religion being the mainstream thing was too phony. Every generation has argued and objected against the need to repent for this term we call 'sin.’ Many are not convicted by guilt within by the requirements of some or most sins; though their logic states to compare right enough with people and they know the definition of hypocrisy.
So predestination would say, God conditioned them perfectly to embrace hypocrisy in different degree’s so that their hardening for eternal fire is the solitude or different state of living they choose to continue in anyway. The know nothing but envy, of course they will weep and gnash their teeth in hell if there is an awareness people are eating from the tree of life across from the river that divides the golden streets of the new Jerusalem filled with rubies and gems of all sorts.
Did Jesus die in vain for our sins on the cross if I have to feel guilty and repent for every little thing in my life that doesn’t feel guilt worthy according to the code? I think some sins feel worse than others, I like that the bible says some sins are not condemnable but never gives the expectation to slack ‘because of degree’s of judgement and ability evaluation’ and we choose a wicked train of thought to gripe and get out of reporting to the full measure of everything – but yes it makes sense from a total inclusion standpoint to create max penalities and then be graded from there.
Some would say, shouldn't we now be free to just live in a state of grace without all the strict outdated rules? There are so many verses in the New Testament that say we are now free to live by the "laws of grace," because Jesus bore our sins for us in his ultimate sacrifice on the cross, so where is the line and how do we know what to follow exactly?
Anyone who remarries commits adultery! Stay sober-minded and do not get drunk on wine as that is debauchery! Women should be submissive to their husbands and stay at home and work! Let the marriage bed be undefiled! etc, etc , etc.
Umm, my kid wouldn't be born if I didn't remarry and that was the biggest blessing of my life, and both me and my ex-wife are now better off because we remarried. Umm I'm not a drunk, but I do enjoy drinking with friends on occasion and we do sometimes get drunk and remain responsible without being disrespectful or causing problems or risks to anyone throughout the night. Or, I plan to marry this person and it's more of a temptation not to have sex with this person I love, so why can't I have sex before marriage?
One thing to note is that the bible is laid down rules first created to convict the disobedient and ungodly because without the 'law' you can't be convicted as a transgressor. Do not murder. Do not steal. Rules were laid down, so transgression can be enforced and we can play a part in judgement here on earth to be aware of judgement rules against us to come. The law of the land has many similarities to the law of grace within the bible. We don’t bust everyone for speeding a couple miles over the limit or trace every text message to bust you for this or that fraud or infraction, but our consciousness are divided as part of discernment to the metrics as we are aware of the scope (punishment factor) proceeding from the law and rule.
God knows we can't be perfect, but will never give us an excuse not to strive to be our acknowledge perfect state of adherence. "You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect." The ‘bottom-line of the bible,’ has rules in the way you have to thought divide people, to either learn how to embrace it correctly, or go on being short with conversation. Yes you can be rubbed wrong and be short with religious topics, but if you try and take away belief when eternal factor is a real conversation, it’s offensive.
When we violate the truth written within our hearts on how we conduct ourselves, God who is part of our essence is being denied; His nature is the good nature and when human nature ‘act wicked off a whim’ we can create some sort of inner understanding; we’re wired us to understand that truth within us by having recognition to His spirit within us - aspects of His conscious on right and wrong - in us.
"The body without the spirit is dead," "God yearns jealously over the spirit that dwells within us," "God is in all and of all" etc, etc etc. He’s a lifeforce within all things, but the sequencing of meditation and visual exposure and reactive decivseveness make us comply with or go against his good nature and the embrace that goes with all factors of His nature. Just like an animal is wired to survive in the wild without being taught, so we are wired with God's spirit in us to follow a code through that same type of parallel instinct.
When you are 'born again' you recognize that truth within you as the Holy Spirit teaching you such things and you commit to learning of the gospel. It’s different for each person, you may already have embraced it but didn’t have the pieces of your life in place to make the standard conscious decision to put more time in ‘off just the promises,’ sometimes people go the other way so much you can’t not be elated. I make the decision to be a good father for the rest of my life to my neglected kids is like being born again saying ‘I’m going to start counting those errors against my eternal judgement, I’ll acknowledge sin and learn where I get credit by spending more time because it’s good for me anyway and I’m thankful for life and believe a God created it with intention.’
Sucking up at certain times just comes natural, where you’re more friendly because of the reward or what’s at stake (say an extra good thing to your boss). Pray for forgiveness the same way, God isn’t conditioning you right if you don’t learn the difference correctly and part of the problem is acknowledging He gets too over us – sometimes in non-disclosed rude ways. Remember ‘anyone who knows the right thing to do it and doesn’t, to him it is a sin,’ and factoring that to the proactive element of going the extra mile and lending to people who ask we have to always remember that any decision at its root that is outside of the bibles statutes and commands (in the correct contextual way) is a risk of being a sin, if not being a sin because the law holds everything together and we’re being conditioned to have extra humility to the Alpha and Omega.
‘If your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off as it's better to enter heaven with one hand then hell with both," giving no excuse to ever sin - yet we all fall short as sinners so it's unavoidable. So if sin is unavoidable, where is the line of living in this state of grace and forgiveness?
The answer comes in the relationship we each have with a God we willing decide to honor in our lives on a daily basis, letting that "spirit of truth" within us help guide us to improve our lives and the other people God has put into our lives. You do need to become more familiar with the bible as that helps remind us of the will God wants for us in our lives. Remember "all the law is fulfilled in loving your neighbor" because to love your neighbor is to love God and you naturally do less infractions.
Gotta learn to admit you are a sinner as "anyone who says he is not a sinner is a liar." What God hates more than the sin, is you denying truth and misrepresenting it’s definition. ‘Without faith it’s impossible to please Him,’ so not trusting God is offense to Him as he knows how to get to the level of everyone for the correct interaction. God has seen every sin in the book and still loves those people He created who have made worse sins than you!
It's required to learn to submit to God, ‘to beat your chest in humility verse boast in yourself’, where you recognize and give credit to the creator for there being a purpose behind everything that’s been said; intended for our own good and for things to play out as they have today. Prophecy and history are tied to the way the bible reads and its affected the masses on decision making and resolute responses that have played out in history – whether violence occurred or not isn’t exactly indicative to religion itself but more so mans tendencies of rivalry and going blood against each other when threat or variable situation creates our triggered responses.
You don't have to be burdened by the same sin of your past every day, but what God desired was that we understand we are not perfect, we cannot avoid sin, but we still have to recognize it and draw to God and trust in the concept that we are still under His control with His rules to adhere to. You can't play dumb and you can't whitewash the teachings.
The "laws of grace" may let us live 'free' but we still have accountability at all times, thus repenting is a regular part of our lives. The bible says pray constantly, that's to help us purify the evil thoughts that pop into our heads, instead of playing ignorant to them and being a lesser person because of them. God expects the best from you, sometimes that sucks but you can't' grumble about it.
To deny yourself in this life (a core teaching of the bible) means you don't get a clear conscious to sin ever. Sometimes you will continue sinning, God is patient with us, but you still got to progress and set mental or written goals. Eventually you end up getting to a state where you can live abundantly in this world, or you can renounce and keep up with your calling.
Works of the law, are the things we do because we want to on behalf of the will of God in our lives. God wants us to look out for the broken hearted, drop things for people who are in need, teach people to grow. Doing these things are a form of 'works' but works do not get us eternal salvation (so the teaching says, or else people see letter of the law and don’t go the extra mile requirement). Faith in the belief of Jesus and his name, gets you the grace to think the thoughts regarding gift of eternal salvation and it’s undeniable promises. You may have heard the verse in Ephesians
"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."
God wants to teach us to naturally be there for each other and not go into a frenzy to keep doing regular things at the expense of full sharing of time and thoughts with people.
To learn the state of grace to live in (where you feel right with God) where you are living 'freely' in God's obedience, means to progress to the point where your free of the constant sins in your life that you should have overcome by now because you've learned to repent and grow and make God part of your day. You might not be as conditioned if you learn to escape scenarios that get you out of sin (violent outburst and situational loss of grace in front of others) though for 2 years prior you stopped all addictions, etc.
Your gonna get hit by demons and spiritual oppressions and have times you turn away from God, but you will come back because Jesus will not forsake you and Jesus will remain faithful to you if you are willing to progress by maintaining faith in your believe in him.
Even when you take steps back, you must not cower away from knowing you still serve Jesus Christ as the Lord of all and the boss of your life. Who else can take that spot given history and the bullet points details of things entailed? Believing in ‘the name of Jesus,’ requires thinking of his virtuous stances and THEN confessing to Him out loud is worth it. We say the pledge of allegiance out loud, we say other things too habitually – it’s not that big of deal. It may feel stupid but remember the virtue as the visual of loyalty association to Jesus, then the acts and things he did are like another historian to keep the loyalty going. Loyalty of family friends or spouses is a cognitive association to someone on what your willing to or would do; same thing for Jesus and even when you deny being 100% proactive – your strategy thoughts or maybe what you learn in advance counts for you.
One step back, 2 steps forward. Or one step back and 1.1 steps forward. Or one step back and 1.0001 steps forward. It’s the mentality of ‘be perfect.’
Not everyone is at the same spot, so don't hold your standard as an absolute way to expect from others
"Keep your mind on the things above" means you keep your mind on doing the things here on earth that give you credit towards the things above. Striving for love, to be pure hearted, to share in joy, to give, to be a blessing to others, etc. Heaven’s reward for not scoffing is this, scoffing gets me only this, now compare the evaluation?
There is a reward system playing out, particular to each individual and the things they conquer in their lives. If your spiritually oppressed more than someone else and overcome something small, it may be bigger than maintaining self control for someone who is more naturally cultivated in God's way because of spiritual gifts they received and you didn't. You may be working to catch up or vice versa.
We're all walking at different states, wired differently, with areas to learn in and improve on as God is an intellectual being and expects us to increase ourselves or stay tuned in.
