It felt naïve to just believe in the story itself, like ‘what wrong with you for not just believing,’ so it didn’t feel right to give credit to Jesus for his act on the cross, according to the story, off assumption from others leading through a form Christianity teaching that didn’t add up and extend extra diplomacy with follow up questions. I’m not out to be offensive, but I felt like I created an accusation against myself; please don’t be angry at me for this! Or think I’m less naturally a good person for ‘seeking more,’ than this seemingly oblivious faith that doesn’t confirm my belief or commitment.
Why push the Trinity and not willfully acknowledge ‘Jesus at the right hand of God,’ when you use a passage on ‘being one’ to give an ‘ice water gas’ example of no distinction without later acknowledging in the same passage in John ‘as we are one they are one,’ and then being able to correlate it? Is it arrogance, or is it humility or a combination of both on allowing open information on vital subject matters?
Why can’t we talk about the foundation of the world, the initial creation, the predestination element where God gets a sovereign knowing of control that influences the future in advance – why did you argue against global warming in the same way like I’m a fraud representing a ‘teaching of the devil’ when famines and the concept have parallel synergy with transgressions and God showing his hand at point of allowed turmoil when we then need to rely on Him? (usually after a period of greater disobedience for failing to meet the objectives).
How did Jesus come down from heaven again, to be born if he was already in the Trinity (who’s the same person) before the foundation of the world from a being who has no start? It’s chaotic and frustrating for me to commit or sacrifice even a cent of effort, for me not wanting to get filthy rich or to masterfully slack or to meditate however I damn well please!
It took getting sick 2012, thinking thoughts in relation to Melchizedek as some sort of element that God knew Jesus in advance so had to cry over His death (to make the cross meaningful) to get over the hump; even after being born again in 2010, I knew I would take my approach of full testing of everything and set a crescendo of 5 years after the Easter’s day of reckoning of 2010. You can’t just snap your fingers and know everything, eventually you create your timetables and follow through with the dedicated effort you predicate yourself to. It’s a scary conversation and I was accustom to doing it my own way!
Sometimes the word of God can take on one of it’s various definitions of power and become ‘the living word,’ where you activate it’s teachings within your day and commitment to being refreshed from it’s reminders and guidelines you use as the initial ‘standard’ comparison of discernment. What would be the Christian rule on this or that, or what would this or that person who is evaluating me according to these standards say on my behalf?
In modern times, it’s a speculative practice to devote your time to something outdated and about haughty history that didn’t go with my cheerful liberalistic viewpoint of the goodness in everyone, and the condemnation of those who acknowledge condemnation as a reality, yet if they don’t then I’d be distraught on the completeness of the bible! Regardless of my questions that needed answers, reading the bible seemed to be the most valuable source and reference all throughout the years before and after dates of my life. It’s more exiting to read a manual that talks about miracles that could be more real than any other speculation, that much I couldn’t deny. Ok now back to the point of this writing, giving Jesus credit for what he did to atone for the total story of life itself.
Romans 5:7 - "For one will scarcely die for a righteous person - though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die - but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
This brings up a great point that the act itself creates the right visual at the right level with the right correlation to everything (make the non sinner still get punished to make it all more ‘atoning’) in that it’s really rare for someone to willfully take a bullet for another; being willing to sacrifice their life out of love and a confident enough final knowing, or a reckless decisive decision – either way it’s a loud act that creates a visual of important meaning.
There is no more true story than to sacrifice and allow the most loved person in your life to suffer in order to save the greater whole - to act on behalf of the greater good.
"This is my son in whom I am well pleased." Jesus is God's ONLY son. Everything was first made before the foundation of the world because of this Father son relationship that God first conceptualized and desired.
To give up your child, as God did with his only Son Jesus - is the ultimate story of Love if you have the eternal power and want to play with your creation. God proved His love for us, even though we are the adopted ones, through this ultimate sacrifice on the cross where he wept with us, got jealous for our affection; showing They are with us.
God made us flawed, so that we can come to learn and distinguish both good and evil through the experiences of our lives where we can reference past history, make sense of it, and gain momentum in the right way to progress socially all as part of the plan to move forward learning from how we all made mistakes along the way. Sin has always been existent (FTE CLIP REFERENCE) and if we humans have to suffer for the evil within and around us - where we stumble to sin many times in our lives intentionally and unintentionally – a righteous covenant of atonement had to be established to finalize the law within existence controlled by the creator.
If we're talking eternal life, the evils of this world that people must suffer through and endure - are only but a glimpse of the eternal glory and excitement ahead for people who follow the rules of love, where sin becomes redefined into nothing and where we get more direct answers in a place with lots of planned thought on our behalf.
To be graced with the opportunity to live forever with a family in heaven of good people is the ultimate blessing. Happy Good Friday!
