Light consistent rehab of knee, hamstring, ankles, shoulders, wrists, neck at random times over October and prior months. A couple 'getting active' videos in summer included as legs and health were starting to increase to previous state in life as digestive condition becomes more manageable.
Still no real cardio (excess fat builds currently as seen below) and have been eating dirty (compared to strict curative all natural diet or foods that most people would consider to be dirty) most nights as of 10/28.
Couple times a week run up street doing strides and burst running and cutting. Tracking diet and effect on body and digestive condition, learning best universal diet plan to help healing all personality types (less strict but a system of body digesting and processing).
